E-friends, if you ignore every other damn thing I post, PLEASE keep up on this info and cross-post as much of it as possible. If you have a ton of friends on myspace, I'd love if you could cross-post this as a bulletin. We're trying to make NDOS a huge event and we want as many people as possible to show up. We're anticipating counter-protests, so we need as many queer friendly people as possible!

Please help me out, okay?

PS- I'm leaving comments on, but that is not an invitation for debating, alright? Please just pass the information along. I would appreciate it if you could pass along most, if not all, announcements about the event. Thank you so much!

Common Ground, Temple University College Democrats and Hillel will be co-sponsoring a Day of Silence event on April 18th, 2007. The main event will be held at the Bell Tower (between 12th and 13th and Berks Streets) on Main Campus. The campus is easily accessible by the Broad Street Subway, the Regional Rail, buses and driving. It will take place between 8 am and 5 pm, but you do not need to be present the entire time. Many participants will only be present for a portion of the day - we certainly don't expect you to skip exams for the event! :)

More information will follow as I get it. If you are in the area or know anyone who is, PLEASE spread this information! We plan for it to be huge and we'd love for you to join us! If you are on Facebook, please add it to your events! In case you are not familiar with Temple's campus, I have included a link to maps below.
